The Skinny Cow line of “low fat” products are on the lips of Oprah and Ladies Home Journal but are Skinny Cow ice cream snacks really the way to loose weight?
What I really hate with these products 98% fat free the screen : yeah and how much sugar? Maybe 50% plus I’d guess. What the its only a total of 80 calories :but how big are they: how many will you eat in a sitting is the real question though. For those of us with a chocolate or sugar addiction the recommended serving sizes of this type of diet products are a joke: I mean 6 blocks of chocolate I was advised recently on my favourite chocolate bar: I don’t think so. I mean if I was trying to fight an addiction to drugs or alcohol then you wouldn’t advise me to cut down and save the rest of the bottle of wine for later would you - so why should I be able to cohabit with a chocolate bar or a Skinny Cow ice cream products

You mean the Skinny Cow icecream bars I eat 5 days a week will not make me skinny??????? Damn! I’m upset now, so upset I’m going to have to have a Skinny Cow. LOL

Lol! All these diet products are geared only towards making the manufacturers of them moire money.
